Our gardens are more than just a source of fresh food for those in need, they are a community effort. Each week, participating members of RLM who receive food also volunteer to help tend the gardens, creating a sustainable system of support. Our gardens are a symbol of hope and unity, and we’re proud to provide this service to our community.

At RLM, we believe that education is the key to unlocking potential and bringing growth to the DR Congo communities. We work closely with multiple schools in the area, training their teachers in the Bible curriculum that is taught in the schools. By providing teachers with the tools and resources they need to effectively teach their students, we are able to make a positive impact on the education system in the area and empower future generations.

At RLM, we recognize that it's difficult to focus on anything else when you're hungry. That's why we devote ourselves to providing food and nutrition consultation. With your support, we show God's love, both in word and in deed, by providing meals for children who might otherwise go without. Some of these kids walk over an hour each way just to receive the food we offer. We believe that no child should ever have to endure the pain of hunger, and we work tirelessly to make sure everyone has the nourishment they need.

In Bukavu there is a home and school for handicapped children. There they learn their studies along with learning about the love of God. They may be lacking in their physical bodies, but their hearts, voices, and spirits are beautiful and special to us and to God.

About 95% of the families in the village live in small huts with grass roofs. During the rainy season the roofs get soggy and leak profusely leaving many children and adults sick. RLM builds a home for a widow or guardian of orphans depending on circumstances and for those who own their own land.

At RLM, we are committed to providing support to the local medical clinics, ensuring that those in our ministry receive the care they need. We pride ourselves on our great relationship with medical professionals, who work alongside us to provide essential support to our participants.

At RLM, we believe in empowering widowed women to provide for their families through micro business education. We take pride in seeing the women succeed and take control of their future. By providing education and resources, we are able to help these women build businesses that support not only themselves, but their families as well. Our mission is to create a community where women are encouraged to pay for their children’s tuition, work collaboratively, and achieve their goals.

For us, Bible training is not just about sharing knowledge or preaching, but it is a demonstration of the power of God's redeeming love. We are dedicated to sharing this message through every act of service, and we strive to embody that message through our actions as we help individuals grow and thrive. Our programs are designed to teach individuals valuable skills, connect them with the resources they need, and help them embark on a deeper spiritual journey toward their best self in Christ Jesus.

At RLM, we understand the challenges that come with limited access to education, job opportunities, and transportation. That's why we offer a locally approved sewing program that helps our community develop valuable trade skills that they can use to create a better livelihood for themselves and their families. With a focus on providing quality education and training, our sewing program is just the start. We have plans to expand into baking, mechanics, and many other trades that will have a positive impact on the local communities of DR Congo.
